Appointments

Appointments, at first, are usually scheduled once a week for 50 minutes. Once therapy goals have been established, appointments may be scheduled every other week or less frequently depending on a discussion between a client and myself regarding their needs.

Insurances accepted

As an in-network provider for the following insurance plans, I will submit claims on behalf of clients. However, clients are responsible for covering their deductibles, copays/co-insurances. Prospective clients are encouraged to contact their insurance companies (phone numbers are usually listed on the back of an insurance card) and inquire about charges.

Self-pay

• Diagnostic Evaluation (First appointment) $250-275
• Regular individual appointments (beyond the first appointment) $200-250

Payments

• Payments are due in full at the time of the appointment
• Forms of pay accepted: Cash, personal check, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

Cancellations policy

• Missed appointments or late cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be billed for the scheduled service. If there are unexpected, urgent situations that require a late cancellation, please contact me so we can discuss an exception. Clients with repeated cancellations or missed appointments may be referred to another provider.
